What is a Medicare Advantage Plan?

Medicare Advantage Plans are Part C of the Medicare Alphabet. Part C or Medicare Advantage Plans encompass your Hospital (Part A), Medical (Part B), and usually Prescription Drugs (Part D) in one plan.
What costs come with a Medicare Advantage Plan?
These plans are usually $0 monthly premium with little to no deductible.
They also have co-payments (fixed amount paid at the time of visit) and maximum-out-of-pocket.
Are there any EXTRA benefits to these plans?
These plans can have different benefits included such as Dental, Vision, Fitness, and Over-The-Counter (OTC).
Some plans may even give you back part of your Part B premium. This depends on your area and the carriers offering plans.
